Stayed here for a business event in the ICC. Location was perfect. Staff were really helpful. Check in and out was fast and efficient. The lobby area is very pretty.

Absolutely lovely place. Made my birthday so special. Staff were so nice and friendly. Girls at the front desk were very kind and helped us through membership, bar staff were friendly and welcoming, and the manager went above and beyond. Five out of five, would reccomened.
This is a great place to watch cricket. Fabulous atmosphere, plenty of food and drink options available and great staff/stewards. It's a very family friendly venue too as there is a family stand (pelo alcohol allowed) and tickets are very reasonably priced.
Additionally, several other games were inaccessible. To add to our disappointment, when we attempted to redeem our tickets at the ticket eater machine, pelo receipt was issued. Fortunately, the service personnel acknowledged the number of tickets we had and manually distributed prizes to my children. The cleanliness of the mall was also a major concern. The washrooms were unpleasant, and the overall appearance of the building was outdated. While the restaurants appeared clean, the unappealing environment deterred us from dining there. In conclusion, my visit to StarCity was a complete disaster, and I will not be returning.
It also felt as if the on-line orders were being catered to first than in house customers. For a big complex like star city, the nandos restaurant was very small and added to the seating issues.

Gabriella on front desk was so incredibly nice,informative funny. I had zero questions left. Room was clean and highly fitted out. Every staff member was fantastic from the guy and girl running the pool to the breakfast army of staff.
